RedLine LumTronix INC warrants each vehicle lighting systems and or control interface to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to operate from the date of purchase for a period of one year. If a vehicle lighting system or a power supply or control interface fails to operate in the specified warranty period RedLine LumTronix INC will provide a free replacement component in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below labor is not included. Custom ordered products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Buyers Beware
Some say the highest form of flattery is when someone imitates your product. A fellow CEO recently advised me saying “Imitators are not Innovators because they can’t make a product of their own”, so true. In 2010, I thought of the concept combining the idea of the 2010 Dodge Challenger yellow halo headlight and the 2011 Audi Q7 headlight to create the universal headlights we sell now. I invented this product and have the patents to prove it. I paid thousands to acquire our patents. I created my business which is housed in a 4000 square foot warehouse and I employ 9 people. I did not work this hard and spent a lot of money to see copy cat and forgeries of my product.
When I priced our headlights I did not want to price it to the extreme I wanted to balance my manufacturing cost and give a good deal to my customers. Our company makes true American quality products right here in southern costal Mississippi, USA.
If you see another product like our product know that their product is made in China. If you see a product like ours please ask the following questions to make an informed buying decision;
• Ask where they make their product? We make our products here.
• Ask if they have a 30 day money back guarantee? We have a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee and take all returns if you do not want our product.
• Ask how long is their warranty? Ours is one year, but we have yet to not fix or resolve any problem our customers have with our products and they usually tell 100 of their friends how we took good care of them. Even your purchase is out of warranty still call us, we get so few returns, we will probably help you out some how. Some companies hide their warranty information to avoid having to honor it!
• Carefully look at their website and check for a phone number, if their phone number is not readily available it usually means they want you to only contact them through Email. Not a good sign, how do you talk to someone in customer support if you have a problem? Any reputable company would have the phone number and email address on their home page, we do.
• Do they have a glass replacement program if you happen to break or crack a lens? We have a replacement program that cost $32.95, so you don’t loose your investment or pay to purchase more headlights.
• If it takes them more than four days shipping time this means their product is made and shipped from outside of this country. Our shipping is through USPS priority mail and our shipments usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
All this to say, if you feel the savings of purchasing a product from another company is worth it in the end, I suggest you purchase that product. Quality vs Price
Your Illusion!
To create “Your Illusion” ™ halo headlights please follow the following steps.
You were sent halos and shields to match the number of headlights you have ordered. If you ordered one pair, you would have received 2 halos and 2 shields. If you ordered two pairs, you would have received 4 headlights and 4 shields. Included is an extra shield in case one of the others gets messed up.
You are to paint all the halos and shields sent to your color of choice
When painting the halos, you are to paint the front and back of the halo. Don’t worry about covering up each LED with paint as we scrape that paint off when we receive it. Please try to not get paint on any of the wires.
When painting the shields, paint the top and do not paint the inside of the shield, BUT you do need to paint both sides of the shield stems/legs.
Then mail back the halos and shields and when received we will make your “Your Illusion” ™ headlights.

Do we make Custom headlights?
You choose the style and color of your custom made one-off headlight. Headlight cost varies based on your choices. Call for current pricing.
Choose:
1. A headlight style: White Diamond or Elite Diamond, round or rectangle any size.
2. Choose a halo style: Single Color (white, red, blue, green, yellow), Multi-Color (16 colors, 4 modes, 5 intensity levels) or no halo.
3. Choose a halo base color: Many matching or contrasting colors.
4. Choose a reflector color: Just chrome no color; Colors: Gold, Bronze, Dark Chrome, Smoke, Orange, Yellow, Antifreeze Green, Purple, Red, Blue or the color of your car.
5. Choose a shield color: Just chrome no color; Colors: Gold, Bronze, Dark Chrome, Smoke, Orange, Yellow, Antifreeze Green, Purple, Red, Blue or the color of your car.
6. Choose the main lighting source: Incandescent bulb (Blue, Clear or Yellow) or an LED bulb.
Choose an add-on from any of the below items:
a. Glass etching: Is etched to a frosting on the glass to depict any drawing or symbol you choose, or special wording.
b. Shield etching: A painted shield can be etched to show a drawing or symbol, such as the Mopar or Chevy bow tie symbol. Laser etching etches the paint off to reveal a nice chrome finish.
c. Turn signal: A bank of densely arranged amber LEDs to be attached directly to your turn signal wiring.
d. Pendant: A pendant you pick and purchase but must be made of a medal to endure high temperatures.
We only use a high temperature paint that will endure the high temperature of the bulb and keep its color without fading or pealing. Customs headlights will require a 20% down payment.
